Very Poor. I had registered multiple complaints on the app. But I can see only the latest 10 complaints. Status of previous complaints cannot be known on the app. Also, complaints resolved/unresolved feedback option is not available with the user, which reflects very poor management and acceptance on part of MES services. Not happy. The jobs which have not been carried out have also been 'closed'.

The app is very bad, it needs a lot of improvement, the login is not working properly, how can I complain immediately if the person is in a lot of trouble. Atleast make sure and think twice before sending a link.

Very Bad app, zero service must have arranged lectures for the MES personnel and make reminder system every time it must send a reminder of a pending complaint to higher authority and should be connected to Appraisal of concerned officer.
