I find this app very useful. I downloaded the app, signed in with the same username and password as my Vystar Banking app, and it worked fine so far. Now I can manage my cards from the banking app. No need to open the Card Control app. But I think you must keep the Card Control app in your phone for it to work from the banking app. Not sure about that. Have to talk to VyStar about that.

Update: I spoke with the digital team, and they advised you have to go through the main app 1st. (Thank you Digital team!) 1: open the main mobile app first sign in 2: click on the "More" tab 3: click on the "Manage Cards" 4:(optional) it will offer to turn on fingerprint log in. Problem resolved: After the recent update, I am no longer able to log in. Keeps saying to log in on the main app, and then it still doesn't work.

This all just tells you to "log in on the main app" and then you do, and card control STILL doesn't work. It's just in a loop of making you log in on the main Vystar app.

Unable to log in to use the app. Tells you to sign in first using the VyStar banking mobile app, and then when you're able to do that, go back to this app and nothing happens. Takes you right back to having to sign in the banking app, which causes an infinite loop. When choosing the option to sign in using your online credentials (username and password), it tells you that information is invalid.

The app was working fine. Then today I received notification of debits, but could not log in. Checked my bank account and nothing is showing. The app is on a login loop not recognizing my fingerprint or login.
