I find this app very useful. I downloaded the app, signed in with the same username and password as my Vystar Banking app, and it worked fine so far. Now I can manage my cards from the banking app. No need to open the Card Control app. But I think you must keep the Card Control app in your phone for it to work from the banking app. Not sure about that. Have to talk to VyStar about that.

Update: I spoke with the digital team, and they advised you have to go through the main app 1st. (Thank you Digital team!) 1: open the main mobile app first sign in 2: click on the "More" tab 3: click on the "Manage Cards" 4:(optional) it will offer to turn on fingerprint log in. Problem resolved: After the recent update, I am no longer able to log in. Keeps saying to log in on the main app, and then it still doesn't work.

VyStar C.U. is the best bank I have had for many years now. For seniors, get free check books, and if you lose your card, they will give you one for free. Now I don't know if they will do it again if you lose your card. They help you with anything, even building credit. Love ❤️ 😍 my bank, and now my son joined in. He has his own account. Thank you, VyStar, for everything, I just wish VyStar could be around the world and anywhere in the USA 🇺🇸. Thank you.

I can't log into this app anymore. It asks me to log in via my vystar account then doesn't ever complete the login for card control. It's been this way for months with no apparent fixes or updates.

Unable to log in to use the app. Tells you to sign in first using the VyStar banking mobile app, and then when you're able to do that, go back to this app and nothing happens. Takes you right back to having to sign in the banking app, which causes an infinite loop. When choosing the option to sign in using your online credentials (username and password), it tells you that information is invalid.
