The RV temp monitor I purchased has its own issues but what I am not loving about the app is that you cannot disable marketing notifications. They trick you by giving a toggle in the app, but no matter which way it's toggled the marketing notifications still keep coming - Every day or every other. Please fix this, or I will be deleting and getting rid of the device.

I have marketing push notifications off in the app. I still get them often and it's really annoying! If I turn off push notifications for the app, it defeats the whole purpose of the device.

I have had the waggle device for several years, it has never worked properly. I continually contact customer service, they are quick to reply and help but the fixes never last. I finally decided I'd had enough and contacted them to cancel my subscription of $150/year and refund my money only slightly into my renewal. They argued and then wanted me to spend $50 to service the unit. They are extremely difficult, and I will need to go through the credit card company to cancel the subscription.
