The July 4th weekend, my unit was not properly working. As we were at our family cabin with our RV with our dogs, and I didn't feel comfortable going out on the boat as it was incredibly hot, and we had the generator running. The gentleman who helped me out was AMAZING, and he had to deal with me throughout the day for this issue. He was patient & incredibly thorough, and made sure everything was working, so our dogs would remain safe, and the unit relayed information accurately. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

We love the Waggle! Traveling in our RV with 2 cats and a dog, it gives us peace of mind knowing the power is on, the A/C or heat are working, and they are fine when we leave for a short time.so glad we got the Waggle.

So far I am very disappointed. It will show notifications, and when you go to the app, they are not found. For 200 dollars a year, you would think the app would work better. I would go with another cellphone camera if you have a choice.

The device will not stay connected. I'm constantly getting notifications of loss of power and the app shows that the device is off, yet the device is on. I have contacted support many times and all I get is, we've updated it, and it should be working now. I'm so disappointed because I paid for a year subscription and even if I cancel early, they will not refund the difference, so I'm stuck with a non-working/half a$$ working device. I've only had the device for about 5 months. DISAPPOINTED!!!!

Worst customer service. Expensive data plan. They refuse to prorate cancellation. They make it difficult to cancel, & you can not cancel from the app (every decent company allows this). I request to cancel via email right after they bill me again, and they REFUSE to cancel & refund until next month. Charging for a whole month I don't need or want it. Save your money, support companies that have consumer friendly policies. Waggle is overpriced, they obviously don't care about people or pets

The RV temp monitor I purchased has its own issues but what I am not loving about the app is that you cannot disable marketing notifications. They trick you by giving a toggle in the app, but no matter which way it's toggled the marketing notifications still keep coming - Every day or every other. Please fix this, or I will be deleting and getting rid of the device.
