It's awful, and it doesn't work, and the customer service is non-responsive. My pet sitter uses this app and I can't get connected to it. I've been trying to get their customer service to help me since January. It's now March. My pet sitter missed feeding my cat because we're trying to coordinate schedules over text. I couldn't *recommend* this strongly enough. Absolutely shocking lack of service, incredibly frustrating experience.
