Wallop dispute process lacks transparency for sellers. I sold a Canon 60D, fully disclosing known issues before sale. The buyer received the item but their account was later removed by Wallop. A dispute was opened without me being informed clearly. My funds were held, and the return accepted for “product malfunction”, but no specific issue or evidence has been provided despite repeated requests. The process lacks clear communication and explanation for sellers.

What a joke 🤦 App with search results full of annoying ads. It's adding items to your favorite list without your knowledge!!! Search engine worst I've ever seen. Try to find one item and results are full of other misc items.

Also, if you fall for the scam and catch it 1 hour, you will not be able to get the money back or block the transaction. The bank cannot do anything. The authorities cannot do anything. This fact is why scammers continue to appear. It is because they get away with it. SO STAY AWAY FROM SCAM NESTS LIKE WALLOP.
