War zone is a great game for anyone who grew up playing Risk and doesn't have the time to sit down and play a full game. The different maps are a lot of fun, and the game is more complex than it appears on its surface. I would recommend War zone to any strategy game aficionado.

Edit: I'm surprised no one has mentioned this before, because I encounter this so often... Please do something about the "commit" button. Either move it away from the other buttons or give an "Are you sure?" option after pressing commit. Too often I accidentally press commit when I want to do other things & it completely ruins the game. The problem gets worse in the late game when we have more things to do. Makes me give up & want to uninstall

This game is really only ok if you play with people you know. So many secret settings to help the paid members win. To Fizzer who modified your response: That is completely false. Paid members are allowed to 'show game settings and rules' and then create secret rules that supersede all written rules - thus giving the advantage to those who pay you for memberships. This was 100% already proven and is undeniable. You stand by this by not enforcing players to abide by the written in-game rules.

I come back to this game every few years. Couldn't find it this time since its name was changed from war zone to an actual ridiculous and unidentifiable name. I had to Google the war zone lawsuit and then figure out if the name was changed, smh. Way to kill brand recognition. Don't purchase anything or ever uninstall. Almost 10 years later, still no cloud save via Google play and the game doesn't recognize my email to sign in, so I may as well forget this game. Updated to 1 star AND premium is montly

No local play 2 player. I just want to be able to play the classic game from start to finish with my daughter, on the same device, without the restraints of Hasbro's "Risk" such as no custom game set up such as choosing own territory. Border Siege was my go to, but they want $1.49 for the game. Yeah, maybe if it had EVERYTHING I WANT, but it doesn't. Who wants all the missions? Why is everything made so flashy and the basics left on the sidelines. I would be better off old risk @ yard sale I guess
