WardLog: Guardian Records

WardLog helps a court-appointed guardian or conservator keep an organized, year-round record for a single ward — so you arrive at your periodic court review prepared.

WHAT IT DOES
- Log care visits with notes, dates and photos
- Record decisions (medical, residential, financial, legal) with rationale
- Track condition changes over time
- Record every dollar received and disbursed, with a voucher photo per disbursement
- Reconcile each period: beginning balance plus receipts minus disbursements equals ending balance, checked against your statement balance
- Generate a court-review worksheet PDF: a condition-and-care report plus a Schedule A receipts, Schedule B disbursements and reconciliation summary
- Set a reminder ahead of your reporting deadline

WHO IT'S FOR
- Professional fiduciaries managing one ward
- Family members serving as guardian or conservator
- Anyone who must prepare a periodic guardianship report and accounting
