The issues I have with the app is it takes a while for it to stop saying it's loading, and it doesn't save my payment for my card even though I've selected the option to save my card info.

Driving score penalized simply for "late night driving". Due to other people having nighttime accidents. I've worked night shift for years and NEVER had an incident. I haven't had insurance with this company an entire month, but I am already looking for a new policy with a new company.

Worst app ever you cant make a payment they say pay with our convenient app well you can't so you gotta call in a payment a what happens then you get charged an additional $4.95 how convenient its total trash i wouldn't recommend the app as a matter of fact don't even get this insurance company it is overpriced n then the extra 5 dollars to pay over the phone crazy you have to pay extra to get people to do their job. .
