Timings all completely wrong, waste of time downloading. Also, wouldn't let me add my tickets so had to print the physical thing anyway!

Useless. Added tickets, but these do not appear. No matter how many times my tickets are added, they do not appear. Hotel booking does not add to the app. Seemingly designed to frustrate. Not sure if I'm looking forward to the visit...

18 months ago this app worked brilliantly. Added my annual pass and subsequent tickets without any issues. Used it on site with up-to-date timings and opening hours. Since renewing our passes last Summer, we've been unable to add our tickets, opening hours are never available. Show times are incorrect. Have done all the usual fixes - delete cache, force stop, uninstall etc. Nothing works. We love visiting and do so regularly, but the app is now little more than a map.
