Clunky & doesn't let you send feedback! Attempted to send this msg below via 4G & various Wi-Fi but got same lame 'there seems to be a problem with your connection'. They had not connection problem taking my money!! Machine took 4CHF payment but did not start the machine cycle. I had to add Top Up credit & then it took another payment which started the cycle. Please reimburse my 1st payment my existing credit. Thanks. Quality apps allow feedback!!!

Very annoying system. The QR codes that have to be scanned on the machines often don't work. In the 6 months this system has been used in my building, the codes for 3 out of 4 machines suddenly stopped working at some point. The replacement of the code took weeks. I have to log in almost every time I open the app. The app itself also could benefit from some better UI design, it's not user-friendly at all. Just a horrible system overall.

Just got charged for reboot of washing machine, had to pay again to actually get washing done. No support to contact. Very bad service
