Where the idea was top, the execution was a disaster. The machines tell you that the washing process would take 30 minutes. Until laundry's been done, actually 50 minutes pass. The dryers aren't any better. If anything, worse! Machines get super hot, partially shrinking clothes. Then others are waiting longer than they intended and cannot even use the machines for their booked periods because other users extended their process.

Clunky & doesn't let you send feedback! Attempted to send this msg below via 4G & various Wi-Fi but got same lame 'there seems to be a problem with your connection'. They had not connection problem taking my money!! Machine took 4CHF payment but did not start the machine cycle. I had to add Top Up credit & then it took another payment which started the cycle. Please reimburse my 1st payment my existing credit. Thanks. Quality apps allow feedback!!!

Machines are often disabled, not to mention the disconnections at random from the app. You try to use your own reservation and the system says the machine is beeing used by someone else.
