Please consider adding a feature to force machine to start laundry in the event when payment is made but machine fails to change state to ready. It could be included with a payment verification process via qr payment slip to authenticate the request.

Paying by credit card has been disabled for a month already and paying via the app gives no discounts. Also, prompt pay should have a save to gallery feature instead of share ffs it's not rocket science and stop being cheapskates and enable the credit card payment again and hire someone to enable the kma integration again this is ridiculous, also what was the point of the refresh of the ui when all it did was make you take extra steps.

Ask too much for information. I just want to wash my clothes why would this app ask me to turn on my GPS. It doesn't require GPS to wash my clothes like before. I feel my data is unsafe.

Although it gives the option to use English none of the messages can be translated into English. They can't even be copied to a translator. Pointless sending them to accounts that have selected English.

Malware bytes flagged it as a virus. For a launderette, wash express wants too much information. I will not use wash express anymore
