UPDATE 2020 ... Finally, there has been an update to the program and it works! Working well on a Pixel phone. Thanks making it work. Says to connect to home Wi-Fi to watch. I am connected. Has to be an app issue since others have posted on the same issue for months. UPDATE ... Almost a year later and no update from Bell. No customer support. Total waste.

Had problem with the TV screen the first few times, then I tried changing the app settings. I went to the decoder, and changed from hardware to software decoder. Now I can watch any station that is on Optics with Wi-Fi. App works great. Steve M. 11/16/19

Junk. I have had both Spectrum and XFINITY and they rocked. Ability to watch shows on most channels to include DVR. I have two accounts I can log into MOM and ME. Neither lets me watch TV remotely while I am out of town. What the heck and this is a NEW app?
