Google fit? Why can't I link my Google fit? Every time I attempt, says connection failed without trying. All permissions are enabled. I need help.

The favorite contacts are not showing all of my contacts the ones it does show are contacts I don't want to set as favorite. If I can't get the app to sync the contacts I want then the smartwatch and the app are useless to me. I can't even add the contacts I want to add to the favorites. Useless of the app isn't going to access all of my contacts.
