Water Break turns the reminder you would normally swipe away into a two-to-four-minute guided Break Session: drink some water, stand up and move, follow a short stretch, rest your eyes for twenty seconds, reset your posture and, if you like, breathe for a minute. One reminder, one session, instead of separate nudges for water, movement and posture.
