I honestly think this is a great app for simple reminders and ways to exercise/ stretch during the work day. If I could add anything, it would be to include two more stretches - hand and wrist stretches as well as a corner/doorway pec stretch.

I think it's got potential, but needs a lot of work. I had this installed for less than 5 minutes, in that time I noticed multiple spelling errors and got an ad within 1 menu change.
