I never recommend water on/ smart homes services for anyone. It is kind of scam happening with water meters. For no reason you may have to pay their monthly charges even if the meters or applications are not working, nobody from the technical team is genuine, they will never support for you to rectify the errors of the meters or app, but the managerial team will simply threaten you with 10 years of service agreement if you move out of their services. Don't go for this and waste money.

After updating the App the old history is wiped out. For current month, is showing zero consumption for every day ! How do I get my history and current month consumption ???

A bunch of liars. They sent their technicians and together with our apartment manager, it was established that the plumbing line was faulty - resulting in extra bill amounts being generated. And they told us that they will be back to investigate and correct it. They lied about it and reported back to our apartment association that the issue was looked into, and they found no problems. Don't trust these people. If they even reply here, I will post the chain of emails with them as proof.
