I have recently joined Wave at The Hill brow. I wanted to view classes at the Downs Center using the app, but it won't allow me to do so. Is this a problem with the app or am I only permitted to use one center?

Classes are nearly always full, so you end up browsing the list of what's available. This is where the app fails: you see something you might want to try, but it's very difficult to find out more about the class. Ideally you would be able to click an icon to take you to a detailed description, but no... you need to exit the schedule and go to the Class Description page. You then need to already know the class category (I don't know... I'm looking), before doing a manual search. Painful UX

You can only book classes in the gym but not swimming sessions. They should all be available together and combined for you to view what is available. Classes marked as favorites are hard to find. Also details of what the clas sis about isn't available in the book classes section. Alot more work on this app and the main website needed
