It's been long since August since they updated anything in their social media platforms, that means there is no single customer care. The BVN verification process is impossible to pass because no customer care to also assist you. The app is also not working perfectly. You will have to restart it over and over, so it can function. This bank has good potential is just that it lacks money

I've been unable to verify my BVN ever since downloading the app... it keeps saying failed to verify and that I should check my date of birth. And when I do, it's still the same... please fix... I sent feedbacks but no answer...
