Officer form automatically converted to Education supervisor form & app not working. Please solve the problem. Can't see my draft inspection.

There are so many bug in the app, OFFICERS login automatically Changed to Education supervisor login then unauthorized acess message shows up, secondly OFFICERS login inspection format too lengthy to fillip online every time after login mobile data need to turn off then after total completion of form fillip it needs to be saved offline then after mobile data on again syncing need to be done, another problem is there is no option of editing data after submission

Very bad experience. Yesterday I visited 5 schools under Dinhata-III Circle, Cochlear. As per the instruction of DI sir, I saved all the inspection report in draft mode. I decided to submit the reports online after returning office. But retuning office when I clicked on Draft Inspection, then it automatically logged out. Then again I logged in. But at that time there was no inspection report in Draft Inspection. All data were erased.
