PLEASE READ THE FAQ BELOW TO SEE IF THIS APP WILL WORK FOR YOU!
FAQ
1. What can be displayed? Generally anything you can display in a browser including HTML files and images such as .gif, .jpg and .png. NOTE: Some web pages are too complex for the built in ChromeCast web browser to handle.
2. Does it support HTTP and HTTPS ? Yes it does.
3. Can it display items from a local, non-Internet server? Yes it can. As long as the ChromeCast is on the same network as the server.
4. How can I display a file if I don't have a web server? You can use Dropbox or Google Drive to host your files and add your share links to Web2Cast
5. Doesn't casting a tab in Chrome do the same thing as this app? Sort of. However the Web2Cast display will be much crisper as it is not "streaming" a tab but actually displaying the web page in the ChromeCast browser. Additionally you can leave the display running without having to have Chrome running and casting.
6. Can I navigate a web page that is displayed by Web2Cast? The app provides the ability to scroll the page up and down. Unfortunately the ChromeCast browser has its input disabled so links cannot be clicked on, there is no cursor and text cannot be entered.
7. Only my page background is displayed. What's wrong? Some pages automatically center their content vertically, if this is the case your page's content may not be immediately visible on screen. Try press the "Center" button on the Remote screen to display your content.

★★★★★
Perfect I had been looking for a way to cast a web page without constantly streaming it and this is the perfect solution.
★★★★★
Does the job If the pages were interactive and if I didn't have to setup every page from the app before casting them it would be five stars. With that said, this app makes sending webpages to Chromecast possible and that's good enough to get the job done.
★★★★★
Perfect for ipcameras I setup a webpage on a local server pulling an from 3 monitors to make a montage of my 3 ipcameras and this lets me watch all three of them at the same time on my tv via the chromecast browser. its excellent. i love it.
★★★★★
Works as advertised It would be nice if "Disconnect" actually returned you to the home screen.... EDIT: "Stop Casting" in the overflow menu returns to the home screen.

Works great. Bad reviews are from folks who either do not understand what this product does, or did not read the FAQ.
★★☆☆☆
Piece of crap!!! The only thing you can do is scroll up or down on websites. It would be worth the money if there were a mouse to click on things or if you could scroll left and right. Another thing a lot of websites don't even work even though it says any website Got the star because you can see some websites.
★★☆☆☆
Bug with present version: Detect Chromecast and display its name, but then display error "Not connected to a chromecast. Cannot display page" when using App to display anything, even the Orange Cat.
★★☆☆☆
Very poor A very limited app, it does not display full webpage only part of it. If you want to see webpage in your TV, better wait until Chrome will allow you so.
