Very user-friendly app, and there are great security measures that make me feel safe and secure doing any kind of banking transactions online! Also, depositing a check has never been easier! The app's Mobile Check Deposit feature is one of my favorite things about it!

App does not properly show bills and payments. It is really buggy, and sometimes you can't make a payment. This month I paid what it stated I owed and got a late fee because it was FOURTEEN dollars short. Not good.

The app works great. This financial institution however has decided they're not getting enough overdraft fees so basically wecu has become a bank masquerading as a credit union.

Just updated the App. SERIOUSLY a 54-page online disclosure agreement? I went through it page by page and accepted EVERY PAGE! It won't let me get past this disclosure.

When I use my cards the charges don't show up for days if not weeks through the app, then when it does show up it charges me then and not when I had made the purchase (ex: I buy gas and have $100 on the card, then a week later when I only have $15 it charges me for the gas and put me over my limit). This also becomes insanely frustrating when my husband uses my card and I don't see the purchase until a week later when I didn't know it existed to begin with. FIX THIS!
