Delivery was superfast. Ordered pickup yesterday Sunday, because they don't work Sundays, item was picked on Monday by 11am at Sheri in Lagos and delivered to me at Lekki-Ajah by 4:30pm. I'm more than impressed. Dispatch rider was very patient and polite. Please do not lower your standard.

Their service is very, very poor, I ordered for a delivery around 7:40am the rider came for the package around 9:44am same day, and it's been 3 days now the recipient hasn't received the package I don't even know what to do again, I have been contacting the customer service representative, and she's not giving me any useful information

Don't try to do a delivery with them. They delayed my order 4 days after given confirmation sms. And even on the day they decided to bring it, they called and demanded for additional charges in addition to the official fee already charged upon delivery of which I declined. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND FOR ANYONE.

Very terrible service. I contacted them on WhatsApp, and I was told to download the app. I downloaded the app and booked a delivery. Pickup was never done, and I had to follow up with a WhatsApp message a day after pickup was to be done. I will not recommend this app
