This newer version of the app works well enough to control settings and have basic insights. I am missing however some additional details (even in 'advanced data' view) hat are available via the web portal. And I want to see some data that used to be in the web portal but were removed there added back in as well, namely the Watt-usage time series data.

The app is actually quite useful. Even more so after recent updates with insight. You could see historical performance of your space heating and dhw. However, there are some data, which are quietly taken away. For example real time energy consumption and COP was part of advance data. Now you can see cop in heating and dhw icons but can't see real time energy consumption. Also graphs in web portal is missing energy in out and cop data. I don't understand why you'd like to take it away.

Terrible app with 0 control just allow you to view your temperature can't control or see anything in the app.

Totally unusable after latest update. Stuck in refresh loop. Refresh loop solved after a few days.

Edit: 1 star currently (was 3*) cannot open at all after update. Stays in "Refresh" screen. Menu not very intuitive. Often data is missing. Mostly COP. Cannot look back further or adjust graphs. Would like to export data to do analysis

Why can I not see errors in this app? Sparrow Heat pump not working, red light is flashing on the control unit and that's it... No way of seeing what the problem is!! Manual says most problems are resolved by the heat pump itself. But what if it doesn't? And what if the installer is closed already and your house is cooling down? Can't do anything, no way of getting any information other than "there is an error"!! Incredibly frustrating and a serious design flaw!
