★★★★★ The process to use this app is simple my doctor I spoke with was very nice and was able to get me the medication I needed

★★★★★ Very quick and easy to use. Way better than going to the urgent care.

★★☆☆☆ App is slow and keeps logging you out while trying to use. Worse yet is the service. I had a therapist appointment for my 10 yr old, and it was canceled the day of the appointment saying they do not see children, yet they had no age restrictions on their bio. When I asked for help I was told to just make another appointment with a different provider and (in my words) pray they see children.

★★☆☆☆ A pop-up regarding previous Am Well users kept coming up while I was attempting to schedule a visit. It caused me to disconnect while starting a visit. The app also closed and logged me out mid virtual visit. It made for a very frustrating experience.

★★☆☆☆ This app is useless. Well360 will not allow the doctors to prescribe medicine unless you have symptoms for more than 2 weeks. Everything OTC the doctor told me to take I was already taking. Go to On-demand. They are allowed to actually prescribe medicine that will help. I've deleted the app and will never use it again.
