At the beginning using Gym lib was frustrating as the was a lot of bugs, and the client service wasn't always the most useful. So many frustrating moments when I wanted to go to the gym but couldn't cause the app was bugging. But they got better, fixed the bugs. And even if there is a problem, their chat is there to quickly help, now without much fuss (which used to be a problem).

Really niiiiiice! I love the variety of options. Just that the dates have bugs. Like I was trying to schedule for the 26th, but it keeps on showing me 25th. Then it doesn't allow me to schedule consecutive days. It keeps on telling me I already have a schedule, so I think it's related to the issues about the dates.

The class that I book has been closed 3 times recently. They email gym lib, but the same info is not passed on to me. After getting there, I have to take pictures and claim back my credits, but am more annoyed by the time wasted to go there and the planning it takes

I was able to register as an individual and used the app a few times to buy passes to gyms while traveling. Now it says my account doesn't exist and there is no way I can register again without being part of a company. I would've gladly paid more to keep the flexibility, but there is no option!

I am so fed up with this app. It just randomly stops working. Now I'm in the gym can't get in because app is not working, can't log in because you blocked my acc!! This is crazy.

I am using gym lib to use a gym in Nice, France. The program stops running when I try to show the details of my one-month pass. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program several times. But it still does not work. I have also provided this feedback to Gym lib when yhe program stops. However, I have not received any assistance ot recommendation on how to gix the problem.
