Terrible menu design and flow. It's crazy how every other fast food app prompts you to turn an entrée order into a combo, but not the Wendy's app.

I used to use this app all the time. Its bad enough that they made all the deals insulting, saving you sometimes $0.50 compared to buying items à la carte. The app was never fast, but now it takes upwards of 5 minutes to get the app to open, load, get to the offer/reward menu, and get to the QR code scanner menu. Let alone if you want to mobile order, add another 5 minutes of lag. When I am deciding between restaurants to hit, I go for the one with a usable app.

I have been laffing at you clowns for well over a year. And the laffs continue. Today, after ignoring Wendy's for over a year, I tried your app again for the free Crispy Chicken Sand. With minimum $7 order offer. So, I plopped a $7.58 b4 tax order into the cart, and it says I gotta buy more. Just for fun, I doubled it to $15.16. It still won't give me the free chicken sandwich. Haha hahaha...! MacDonald thanks you... I had a Crispy Chicken sandwich combo offer for $7.20 there. And it worked!
