I was so apprehensive of my last purchase I was going to stop ordering drive through meals from a handful of fast food drive through Establishments to make a contract or 3rd party dining contractors through my son's business, because drop out service makes me nervous of food handlers because on my son's allergenic reactions because of his cancer treatments. The app was an arbitrary my mitigate offering he suggested. So we will see.⚖️🤷🏿♂️

Terrible menu design and flow. It's crazy how every other fast food app prompts you to turn an entrée order into a combo, but not the Wendy's app.

I feel like this Wendy's app is a joke not to the developers not to the workers but to the business model. The rewards are minimal $1 off of premium combo rewards are extremely long and require you to spend large amount of money to get one small Burger McDonald's the leaning competition. It's much more active and provides much better ideas and discounts. There really is no points in getting this app at all. You're not saving. You're not really getting any good rewards bad

Not user-friendly at all. Got charged twice today and only ordered once. Once you're in your cart it resets your order if you go back. Not easy to add to order once viewed. I placed an order and then app told me I can still add to order. I clicked it, and it said something went wrong and my order was gone. Reordered went through drive through got charged twice. Help on app doesn't work. For trying to complete with McDonald's and Burger King you're not trying very hard at all. Deleted app.
