I love the idea of this device and, up until recently, it worked great! However, it recently stopped working and multiple attempts to contact support (via 3 separate means) have gone unanswered. It feels as if the device and app have been abandoned. A sharp contrast to initially when support was very responsive and helped me set up a coffee refill that was not listed. Overall I love the simplicity of the holder, but without the working refill capability its just a bin.
