Was picked up from Leeds Bradford Airport 9th July 2026 the driver was called Shane was the perfect driver to have after having flight delayed for 2 hours from Spain he was absolutely amazing he stopped at ferry bridge services, so we could stretch our legs very nice driver would definitely use again for Airport thank you shane for the perfect drive home 10 out of 10 to you enjoyed our drive home from caron

Excellent service always fast to pick you up and the lady's and guys in the office get to know you 👍 and are very helpful, the drivers are fantastic their helpful they'll get out of their cars and help you with your shopping like help put your stuff in the boot they'll help you to your door with your shopping, an excellent service and value for money as the drivers here don't try and charge extras YOU PAY WHAT'S ON THE CLOCK and all the drivers I've had had always been nice and chatty, THANKS

Worst taxi company I've ever used I pre-book my taxi to work the day before, and it comes 45 mins late I even booked it 20 mins earlier than I normally do today, and it came to an hour late and still wasn't on the way thankfully I was able to get a friend to take me, but I was still 30 minutes late to work. It's absolutely ridiculous. I don't see the point in pre-booking! Say number one for reliability, absolutely not!

Taxis, drivers and the service is great with Wer2. But, the app is terrible. Every single time I try to book a taxi for asap or even hours/days in advance I just get "No Drivers Available" message. Never actually used the app for a journey, always needed up having the call! Pointless app.
