App works 👍 It would be nice to have the ability to add your boarding pass to Google Wallet (directly from the WJ app, similar to how your app works for iOS). Also, checked baggage tracking similar to AC would be good.

Keeping my original review, but changing the rating. The app was unavailable for a few days, but seems to be fixed now. I just updated the app yesterday. Now it is no longer is compatible with my device that is less than 1 year old. Samsung s25fe. This is a horrible flaw. I hope this gets fixed soon. Apps are much easier to navigate than websites when you're on the go. If this gets fixed before my flight in a couple of weeks, I will consider changing my review.

Great site. Sadly, I flew just before the strike of Aug 2026.... Somehow we got home. The news said ALL flights were canceled, the site said we were still scheduled and on time. No way to reach a person to confirm at that time, so we trusted the site rather than the news, even though it felt doubtful. While others rented cars and drove to the nearest US airports, we boarded and flew Calgary to SFO as scheduled, arriving early. Still feels like a miracle, considering the panic.

I don't think I have any constructive criticism to give. West jet, you HAVE to do better. The app is painfully dysfunctional, like everyone on here is saying. It is shameful.

App is terrible. Incredibly slow. I also cant log in cause the authenticator will not email me. Have tried multiple times. Booking flights takes so long for the that by the time is loads, the seats you have selected are gone and have to start over, glitches out again and next thing you know you are charged for 2 tickets and now on hold waiting for customer support. Charging premium prices for a poor experience

Recently, the app has seen a steep decline in usability. I have to sign in multiple times while checking different flights. The loading wheel keeps spinning while searching for a discount code. The app used to be very quick, but now it feels full of glitches. What are your Quality Engineers doing, or is the Product team pushing so hard to release an update that we have stopped testing altogether?

Worst airline app ever. Why do I need to manually download my boarding pass into the app? Everyone else makes it available automatically. Latest cluster f__ is that I couldn't log in to the app or website for days, then the app would randomly lose my current flight. Had to force stop it to recover, then of course it disappears 20 sec from my turn at the gate! Garbage!
