This app is one of the worst I have seen in a longtime. You can look up and purchase flights, but you are not able to check in now.

My one complaint and it's not worked ever for me is verifying a passport feature. Both the camera or upload image doesn't work.

Booking experience is awful. Get to summary page and can't add my 4 seat vouchers. Then when contacting gold class phone number, agents says to make payment without seat selection, and card gets declined. Same card ive used every month to book flights for work. Then agent says she will book the flight and the cost is an extra $150!!! Company needs to just dissolve at this point. The service is a complete joke even after spending thousands traveling to work for the past 4 years

Dumbest company/website/app ever. I'm trying to book a vacation in Los Cabos. The difference between tripcentral.ca and West Jet is $1,844 CAD. 🤡🤡
