I hadn't heard of West link until August of this year, which was also the first time I'd ever been away on my own before. While on Holiday at Warren's village Kent Clevedon, I used the service three times, each time the driver was very thoughtful and considerate. Ahmed A was the 2nd driver I had & I found it very reassuring when he told me once the job had been accepted if you were a long time arriving the driver would phone you, you would never be abandoned. What an A⭐ service!!

The app is good, the service cheap but not always reliable. Be very careful if you book while you are abroad, the time shown in the app is the time of the place from where you are booking. This doesn't make sense at all. I booked a bus for the following day while in Europe, and wanted to book a 5pm bus but got a 4pm bus instead because of the time difference, which I couldn't catch.

L feel very fortunate to have such a great on demand bus service from West link. It really does make life easier in getting around, and I usually find the drivers to be kind and helpful which is really appreciated as it is not an easy job dealing with members of the public day in day out. A big thanks to you all.😊 If I need to cancel a ride I always ring to cancel it or cancel in the App otherwise it is a wasted journey so please everyone remember to do this as it may impact the service.

Not even worth a 1 star. It doesn't work West Link. We were stranded in Clevedon. App drops off, we had to start to load all over again, etc. etc., totally confusing. Why can't we just have a couple of Minibuses on a loop system. Too complicated.

I've had a mixed bag of experiences, when you can eventually get a ride (I've found mornings to be the best time for a bus) the drivers are lovely, and it's okay if there's not another pick up. I imagine with several pick-ups and with essential travel - It could make you late - however; most of the time I haven't been able to get a ride. The app itself is confusing to schedule future rides as it only gives you 24 hrs. It's impossible for me to get home from work. App needs an update.

This bus service covers areas within walking distance of a good bus service such as near to UWE's Frenchy campus, or near Bed minster, but doesn't cover villages such as Fail and, North Somerset where there is just one bus an hour, for limited number of hours excluding Sundays and evenings that will only take you into Bristol or Clevedon. No buses from Fail and to neighboring, but still distant areas such as Nielsen, long Ashton, Leigh woods, abbots Leigh, Portishead, Pill, Weston-Super-Mare etc.
