Very good app, better response time with reading NFC then the Square App. UI is friendly enough, would be nice to land straight on the Register instead of Dashboard for ease of use. I like how easy it was to set up a surcharge and how it includes it into your payments, without having to include it for each item. Real happy with this service.

Works well, cheaper 1.4%, only downside can't manually key in card so I keep square app for that. Many people have phone option if their cards not reading so less of a problem going forward. Unlike square, I can't see individual card fees which I would show customers on square app transaction if they questioned why I am charging card fees that was useful. But overall very happy with the app.

Actually just works!! I had a new west pack business account set up and approved with my details and ABN, and then eftpos Air applied for and approved, all within 24 hours. All applications were online, and I didn’t have to talk to a single person. Tested my first payment via my own personal bank card with a different bank, and the money was transferred that very same night! After reading about a bunch of troubles on other apps, I'm surprised how easy and quickly this was to get it all set up!

I am a Limousines driver.and I take a lot of customers to special events and airport. I applied fir eftpos air through westpac only to be told that OUR INDUSTRY is not support payments with eftpos air ! This is bad business and as a customer of westpac I will not do business with them again ! They want me to apply for an eftpos machine and pay $27.00 a month!....westpac you need to wake up and sort this app for our industry ASAP!

As a Westpac banking customer I thought that I would also use there air payment app but have gone back to Square as it stopped working and gave my customers who were trying to pay a bad experience as I couldn't accept their payment on the go.
