Very easy to use to transfer funds, pay bills, deposit checks, etc. I'm disabled, so I rarely ever have to go to the bank.

The bank likes to hamstring you with how much money you can externally transfer to pay car loans, and if you try to call the bank, you get someone from India.

Twice this app has failed to transfer payments from my savings account which caused payments to be late. It's ridiculous.

Mobile check deposit is very hard to do you have to hold your camera on your phone at just the right angle other things work okay but too many things have been moved and removed from your control and placed under the control of the automatic system.

Genuinely awful to use at times. I've had this app through several iterations over the past decade, and it has just gotten progressively worse. Opening the app for the first time still has me clicking through 4-6 "session timed out" pop-ups before I get to sign in, and then half the time I get through, I'm kicked straight back out with 3-4 MORE timed out pop-ups. When I do get in, it's another 50/50 whether my accounts actually show up and display my balance. You all can do better.
