Wind Compass is simple to use—just set your location and the app will show you current weather conditions. No fuss, no configuration, just quick & easy weather reports.
Wind Compass Features • Select from several Wind Speed readings: miles per hour or kilometers per hour; knots, Beaufort Wind Force or even meters per second • Select Compass Magnetic Declination, either True North or Magnetic North • Select Temperature measurement to display Fahrenheit or Celsius • Toggle the Wind Indicator from “Blowing To” to “Coming From”
Weather Forecast Features • View current temperature as well as estimated Highs & Lows for the day • Check times for sunrise & sunset, even see "First Light" and "Last light" times • See a 24-Hour Forecast as well as 7-Day Forecast showing: time, estimated temperature, estimated wind speed & direction, and what the chance of precipitation is • Look up historical weather data to view weather conditions for specific dates in history

The winds are wicked where I live. I always check wind speeds before I check the weather. I have tried a lot of similar apps, and I prefer this one by far.

So far this app is awesome. We've had bad storms the last 3 weeks and the wind speed indicator seems really accurate. It's nice to have the dew points also determine how much moisture is I. the air.

oh how terrible. I couldn't look at the wind even ONCE to test the app out without being bombarded with adds and subscription requests. I thus could not see if I like the app. Uninstalled.

I have had this app for years and found it to be excellent in giving me the current wind and directions for my location. A couple of weeks ago it basically stopped work. No information on screen other than the message "fetching location" then ads appear. Forget it! I have already uninstalled it!
