1) Their customer support system is very poor! 2) You can't create a USD account without a utility bill (for those who don't have those) 3) They make up silly excuses as to why your account can't be verified 4) Their exchange rate is a joke (you'll practically be losing money. When I downloaded this app I was hoping it'd be better since it was created by an Africa, but they have a long way to go. I'm still emphasizing on how poor their support system is. This has to be the worst app I've used in a while. Their support system are very irresponsible. I contacted them for the sudden deduction of funds on my card, and they refused to reply. That Tochukwu is the worst of them, very irresponsible and stupid. They took away a whole $50 USD from my card, and they can't even give an account for it.
