The App only works on Android 12 & Below 👇 The Main Web Portal also stopped responding! This Ghost 👻 Ship Software has finally set sail on the high seas of abandonment!

No longer working on my phone "Note 10" But still works on my wife's phone "IPhone 11" If this app recently updated, can I get a rollback? I've already reset DVR box and internet.

This app is awesome! It provides the security and safety I was looking for! The graphics are great! I would definitely recommend this app to anyone seeks mobile access to his/her home security cameras.

They just lost 4 stars I am using the Wise net Life App -- first their apps and available videos are limited on telling you how to set up, configure the devices and make that all work real-time to your phone/app. I was using a Pixel 3XL and needed to upgrade to Pixel 7 Pro. The old phone is totally able to access my cameras - but the new phone is cannot see anything using this app. I also check on Apple products and also Samsung Galaxy tablet. All work -- but no joy on the Pixel 7 Pro.

Everything that u guys are saying is the exact truth. Retry thus and retry that. Really poor system. Yes it worked for a couple of months but now is says to software update which doesn't work, and customer service is the same, no help.

Please update the app, so we can use it on our newer Android devices. Won't work with Google Pixel 9 pro
