Why would you stop supporting SNH cameras? What am I supposed to do with all my cameras to secure my home? Not OK!

I finally reached a rep, the app has been discontinued. All services related to the app have been stopped and live support for any issues has been terminated. Wise net Hanwha won't offer future support for any issues and all products and services relating to the app are now discontinued as the products reached the "end of life" as far as they are concerned. Even new camera models previously able to link to the Wise net Smart Cam app are incompatible with any future applications as well.

This app no longer works; all cameras associated with this app are now junk. I will never buy another Samsung camera...
