This service is great other than shipment number not matching who they belong to, it tells ppl orders are here, that are not. Unless the company scammed them sending the wrong item. It's super hard to help customers get the right packages. Since no Names full, wrong shipment numbers, packages saying different items than they are, companies sending wrong items, items marked checked in that are not here, and we can't decifer since no numbers match. Example: Shipment number on my pH, shipment # on

There is no support hub or help center number. I asked so many times on email as well. Customer upset due to not getting right parcels. So many pending parcel in store. You have to take parcel return if not picked up.

"Dear Wish Support Team, I'm writing to express my disappointment and sadness about being unable to shop on Wish as a Nigerian. I downloaded the app hoping to find a solution, but unfortunately, it still doesn't allow Nigerian customers to make purchases. Could you please provide a clear reason for this exclusion? I would appreciate understanding the rationale behind this decision. I hope you can reconsider your policy and include Nigerian customers in the future. Thank you for your time
