Basic app, works well I'm new to Withings and this app, so maybe I'm just having beginner's luck, but it's working great so far. Checked the app right after weighing, and each time, the new numbers synced as soon as the app opened. No crashes or force closes. Can change settings for app and user, including pounds vs kg. Shows weight, lean mass, fat, and BMI, as well as where they fall in the ideal ranges. It doesn't do much else, but Withings syncs with other services/apps that do more.

As good as the windows app Well, it works as well as the Windows app... which is to say the user interface is a bit clunky but functional. It took me a while to figure out how to view the graph (spoiler: turn the screen orientation to landscape). It is a bit annoying that the applications (both Windows and Android) sometimes show values that differ from the scale display by 0.1lb or so - but I think that is a metric/imperial units conversion issue across the system and not particular to the Android app. Still, since the scale is not controlling a Mars probe, we'll let that one pass. Anyway, I can't figure out why you are reading the reviews (or why I am writing one). It is a free app. Why not just try it? Unless you have not bought a scale yet. That I _do_ recommend. It was highly instrumental in my losing 40lbs.

Works instantly with my scale, nice interface. Htc thunderbolt. Synchronization button should say "sync" or "update" to be more clear

Screen orientation wrong. The app sets the screen to landscape mode when my tablet is portrait so I have to tilt my head to see it properly. Did they test this version before releasing?

Needs Improvement For those who say they cant log in because the app just closes, I had to log into an iPod version and create my account and then when I tried logging in with my android and it worked. Hopefully that helps a few people. I think that the android app should have more features like the apple version. We only have a weight and fat mass graph while the apple version has weight, fat, blood pressure, and lean mass graphs. I think after paying $150 for the scale we are entitled to have more updates

Poor iPhone port Clearly a direct port of their iPhone app. UI elements based on poorly scaled raster images made to resemble iPhone. Poor alignment on Galaxy Nexus. Unintuitive to use on Android. Reminds me of Windows 3.1 shareware.
