It's great, extremely easy to navigate, playback is great quality and when downloaded videos conv. To mp4 for easy storage and replay on your device. Customer service is extremely punctual with any responce through email. I would give it more stars but 5 is all they allow. Thanks again wiwacam!

If you plan to get these cameras for use on Wi-Fi give up. Playback is very poor, even on exceptional Wi-Fi. This makes it difficult to get videos off the device without saving all the footage. App crashes at random times. The cameras are decent but the app makes them almost unusable.

Why is this program requiring an account? I do not want cloud services, and this was not in the item description as a requirement. False advertising. Remove the mandatory account sign up function. I don't want it.

This app, just like so many other Chinese camera apps, is terrible. Not intuitive. No detailed descriptions of what different, oddly-named options / configurations do. Awkward, unreliable functionality, I could go on. Playback from the SD card in the app won't allow you to use the slide bar to fast-forward so the only option is to watch the entire video from the beginning. Are you joking? Complete garbage. It's a shame because the camera itself seems to work fine, but the app makes it useless

Live view works fine but the app is completely unable to view playback, it does nothing no matter what. Only way to view logs is to download them.
