I used Wizzride's shared cab service for round trips between Guwahati Airport and Shillong, and it was hands down the best travel option I've tried. Big vehicle, more space with refreshments at an affordable price. A special shoutout to our driver, Suraj Limbu! And the Customer Service Team, they are the best, I even reached the destination before scheduled. Highly recommended for North East travel.

Recently I have booked a ride from Gangtok to Bagdogra airport in order to reach the airport prior to 1 hr for Flight timings. But there was a landslide and road has blocked from previous 2 days and alternative route takes 2hr more which has resulted in cancellation of my flight. If I knew earlier that the journey will take 2hrs more than I could have booked early cabs. There is no concern about customer's flight timings in this app. People who are booking towards the airport please be aware.

The worst app I have ever seen..... Today I booked a ride for bagdogra to Gangtok but unfortunately my flight would delay and will land in bagdogra at 2000 hrs. Unfortunately, the timings for last cab is 1730 hrs....hence I requested them to cancel or adjust my ride for another day...but they refuse it .... I think 1400 rupees is not a very small amount...... Really it is a big scam as they do not have any cancellation policy....

I booked my ride for time 9 am and It's been 10:21 and still cab is not come, poor service, driver is also not receiving their executive call, I don't know how long this will go on
