The app is easy to use, and the taxis come quickly and to your pick-up spot. If there is a problem, you will usually get a call. The drivers are nice. I find them reliable when I have to get back at night or am I running late. I've only ever had trips around Worcester city, so I don't know about longer trips. There is a £5 minimum, and the price on your phone is only an estimate, so it can be more if you get stuck at a lot of lights, but it's generally close. Overall, I think it's a good service.

'No Drivers Available....' was the message I received from Woober two minutes before the taxi I booked was due to arrive. Failed on first use - won't waste my time again.

Never any cars available. Pre-booked a taxi 30 mins prior to needing it and was never told that there wasn't anything available until I called, and they had to cancel it for me. Late to work because of a poorly run company which is a shame as it would be the best taxi in Worcester if this wasn't the case.

Used Woober for a year with no issues and nothing but praise. Deleted the app after 3 or 4 times I was made late for work even tho prebooking the night before, after phoning to ask why my woober hadn't turned up I was just replied with poor attitude. What is the point of an app and prebooking a service to not have it show up.
