Working Time Account

"Working Time Account" is the further development of the app "Worktime recording".
It is used to record your personal working and free time and to prepare it clearly.
Several workstations can be managed so that old data does not have to be deleted when changing jobs or to manage parallel jobs/projects separately.

A daily, weekly, monthly and yearly view is available for viewing on a mobile phone, which can also be defined as the respective standard views.

To clock your working hours in and out, you can create a widget for each workstation or use the internal time clock app. Both can also be controlled with NFC tags.

In addition to the display on your screen, you can generate weekly, monthly or annual reports as PDF or CSV files. The generated reports can be sent by email or messenger or transferred to a printer app.

Two shift models are available.

- Subshifts
The working day is divided into 1-x working time blocks.
For each block, the core time, the break time, the location and other flat-rate values can be preset.
In the day view all defined shifts are listed, whose values can be changed daily if required.
This shift model is suitable for all those who regularly work several short shifts, e.g. in the catering or nursing sector.

- Full shifts or alternating shifts
The working day has one shift, with periodically changing times.
A template can be created for each shift, in which core times, break times, work location and flat-rate values are preset.
In the day view, only one shift appears, for which the template relevant for this day can be selected from the templates.
This shift model is suitable for all those who generally only work one shift a day, who work in alternating shifts, e.g. early, late and night shifts or on several projects, for several customers etc.

In addition to these shifts, daily shifts can be added as required. This is useful, for example, to enter half a holiday day in the full shift model or to record 25% incapacity to work.

Absences and attendances can be deleted, added or adjusted according to your own needs.

A simple management of your holidays is also included.
You enter your entitlement to annual leave and the remaining leave at the start of recording in the settings and the app shows your current status of leave days in the year view at any time.
The remaining holiday from the previous year is carried over into the new year and can be taken up to a key date,
The default setting is 31 March, to be dismantled. All days that have not been reduced on the cut-off date expire. This deadline can be set for each year.
You can also overwrite the calculated leave entitlement.

A data backup is included as another important function.
This function creates daily backups at the touch of a button and stores them where you want them.
Data can also be restored at the touch of a button.
You can also simply transfer your data to another device.

The open source version of "PDFjet" (www.pdfjet.com) is used to create the PDF files.
