The app is good for tracking my X3 progress, and I have two features requests: 1. Allow the metronome to continue ticking away when the screen is off. After tapping which bands I'm going to use and starting the metronome, I put my phone in my pocket but have to keep the screen on to keep the metronome going. There moment I turn off the screen, the metronome stops. 2. Allow users to delete exercises from a template. I've had to remake templates too many times because I accidentally added the wrong exercise.

Best way to track your workouts with the X3 bar. It might not be free, but well worth the price. 100 times better than the official, free app and all of the various Excel spreadsheets that some people use. The app will track your exercises, bands, reps, weight, bf%, etc. Besides having the official workouts preloaded it also allows you to create your own workout templates. The developer is also very responsive to adding in additional features if multiple people are requesting it.

This app for X3 Bar Users is spot on. Makes it easy to track my progress in band strengths and # repetitions. If you think you're going to complete fatigue but you're not tracking your progress in bands / reps, then your leaving gains at the table, guaranteed. Customizable so I can use 3rd party bands, create additional movements, track advanced programming vs. standard, weight / body fat etc. And the developer continues to add more utilities based on customer/X3 User feedback.

Constantly logs me out of the app. The site is impossible to navigate via phone which makes it extremely frustrating to fix the log in issue. It's just not worth the frustration at this point.

I paid for this app. Worked fine for a year. You added advertising...which shouldn't be allowed after I paid for it anyway, and it hasn't worked since. I've unistalled it and reinstalled it...now it won't even load. Such BS!

I want a refund. The app keeps closing and randomly signs me out. I have to constantly close and re open the app and does not save my information properly. Horrible experience so far, nothing but problems. Uninstalling as of right now.
