Have to use this app for work, however, it's constantly crashing my phone! Wish I didn't have to use it

My phone will vibrate constantly when I'm on a call using my actual handset. It will continue to vibrate even if I close the app or hang up!

What a terrible app. Asks for a number of permissions that it does not need like camera, music, and photos (?!) and endlessly crashes if you deny notifications permission without telling you why. If you don't allow it to display on top of other apps it gets stuck in a loop of asking, and you can't get past it. If you have any choice in the matter, avoid this app as it needs a complete rethink and rewrite to be usable.

Slow. Incoming calls stop all others inbound audio. Often don't receive calls unless I have the app open, the only reason I know I have incoming calls is that I'm also signed in on Xe lion desktop for W10, which works flawlessly compared to this app. Xe lion 7 worked better than this and that was still pretty bad... When it works properly, it's an ok app and does the job, hence the 3 star instead of 1!
