When driving, you can't see your HOS to know when you need to stop, so you won't get a violation. It needs to show all HOS when driving.

A buggy mess the quarter of the time that won't make your job impossible, just unnecessarily harder. As others have said, it will close loads early or just won't give you the option to upload your paperwork. Making you manually type in and upload it in the "Re-Scan" tab. Or if you try to look up a past load because dispatch needs clarification on something, the load will have disappeared. But the load before it will still be there.
