Multiple bugs as location inaccurate and missed messages. I would strongly advise removing this app from your device and stop using Xplora products. Xplora is just a rebranding of Qihoo 360, which is a Chinese security company specialized in security and spying for the government. The software of these watches is directly downloaded from China. My DNS blocker found that out. In order to allow a software update of the Xplora watch I had to unblock the chinese domains in May Pihole DNS server.

The xplora app would be great if it were more reliable. Almost every refresh says "unable to update location" and then about 75% of the time it will actually update immediately after. Text messages are always delayed, sometimes by up to an hour. I've also seen it misreporting location by many miles for an hour at a time before finally snapping back. All of these seem related to server side problems with the service. Voice phone calls with the watch are always flawless.

Terrible accuracy, terrible app, they put the premium subscription to my account instead of the kids account, accuracy is about 40+ meters and jumps a lot, don't waste your money, buy another watch with a SIM card or GPS and use that, don't get locked in like I did...
