Cheap. Easy to open account, the problem is when you want to withdraw funds. Many stock tickers are lacking.

Horrible. There is no way to transfer stocks from your broker to XTB. They ask you to let your broker send an email, so they can figure out how to initiate the transfer. My broker simply needs an account number and BIC. After countless attempts to get the BIC, I gave up. The customer support will always repeat the same request to let your broker contact them via email. Absolutely ridiculous

Be careful. This app is an algorithm scam. This app uses a fraudulent scheme to scam people's money. Don't waste your money here ... I lost approximately 6k, more than 1/3 of my deposit here in stocks. This app is a fraud...

Without a doubt, it is the worst investment platform I have ever used. Support is nearly non-existent. They are now stopping me from moving my account to another provider. AVOID AVOID AVOID. They are now being investigated by CNIL, the French GDPR authority, for being in breach of a GDPR request. It's September 2026, and XTB is still refusing to comply with GDPR regulation and refusing to transfer my account to another bank.
