Easy to get on with very understandable - better than the rest

Automated bank account adding doesn't work. Filling the form doesn't work. Customer service doesn't help and keep insisting can be done only through app. When it comes to deposit money magically they assign a dedicated person do everything through mail. When it comes to withdrawal your funds somehow app doesn't work, no one to help. Avoid!!!

An app that has lots lf ways to take your money. But the real question is how do they logg you out or cause a failure to close the trade before seconds of the market shifting totally. Is the trades not live? Or am not really sure but its basically a scam that pretends it gave you a fair chance when it didn't. Rules must be explained for anything to be fair, clearly.

Without a doubt, it is the worst investment platform I have ever used. Support is nearly non-existent. They are now stopping me from moving my account to another provider. AVOID AVOID AVOID. They are now being investigated by CNIL, the French GDPR authority, for being in breach of a GDPR request. It's September 2026, and XTB is still refusing to comply with GDPR regulation and refusing to transfer my account to another bank.

Horrible. There is no way to transfer stocks from your broker to XTB. They ask you to let your broker send an email, so they can figure out how to initiate the transfer. My broker simply needs an account number and BIC. After countless attempts to get the BIC, I gave up. The customer support will always repeat the same request to let your broker contact them via email. Absolutely ridiculous
