This is a good app no commission for investing and buying other ETFs only a 0.5% currency exchange fee applied. If your thinking about forex this app is not good. It has fast execution and everything but very high spreads and as you execute you already start in the negative that's why I am giving it 4 stars.

There is a lack of MFA authorization for important changes or for sale/buy transactions, which should be a mandatory feature of a modern fintech app to protect client's assets. Update 07/12/2026: The app lacks a link to the chat history with support. It is still missing, but it is available 24x7 and can be switched to it from the chatbot, and it has become faster recently, at least in my experience. I praise it and add 1*.

Beware of the nudging aggressiveness. This app will constantly advertise levers such as short selling, swaps disguised as informational notifications. I can see why gambling behavior is beneficial for the app, but I still find nudging shameless.

Automated bank account adding doesn't work. Filling the form doesn't work. Customer service doesn't help and keep insisting can be done only through app. When it comes to deposit money magically they assign a dedicated person do everything through mail. When it comes to withdrawal your funds somehow app doesn't work, no one to help. Avoid!!!

Very stupid app with many flows! I wanted to add a new bank account for withdrawal, so I send a transfer from that bank account, but it did not work. Then I tried the second option to upload a statement, I tried a week but first I did not receive the sms code than the app was freezing for 40 min after pressing send. Today it worked, but they rejected the statement because Instead of my first name the statement Had the first letter only. It is how bunq is giving state mt that can't be changed!

Few gaps, but in general pretty good. Regarding your replying recently after CET timezone market open I got message that 'market is closed' even though it was already running (maybe because summer change). Edit: it's not about market changes, it was a bug in the way market was open and order handle not possible. Also keep getting disconnects or login issues recently :/

A really bad application that makes its investors lose money. Why? Simple, when you invest in certain instruments they don't show the leverage that they are using for your investment, in the first page, you have to press certain buttons before investing in order to check the leverage. That whole CFD with hidden leverage scheme is made in order for the investor to have really high chances of losing and at the same time for the application/broker to get some profits. Never using this again!
