Worst car rental service ever dealt with. Made a booking and made the payment, and I was denied car at their office stating an error in their system. Rude staff at the desk and no proper customer care, and they never solve your issue. They made me cancel my booking, and even after 3 days, the amount is not credited. These guys ruined all my travel plans and wasted my valuable time.

Worst company and customer service ever. They forced me to pay an extra amount for their mistake. Unfortunately, I signed the contract on 29th of March from Yelo and paid 331.89 at the same time. The daily rent is about 160 riyals per day. Then, I paid 328.44 on the 31st of March to renew the contract. The next day, without any information, Yelo cancelled my contract, and one guy contacted me, and he said he would renew my contract. He renewed the contract with higher daily rent.

1- Very worst customer support ever faced in my lifetime 2-No response on toll-free number, their WhatsApp, inquiries option in app, calling their Head office or from the local branch office 3- if you hire car, please be ready to face unexpected claim charged to you even you are not at fault, please make sure to take photo of car of all sides, interior, spare tire, accessories, even tire. (I am a victim for tire. They charged me stating tire damaged. Actually I drove on main highway only 282 KM)
