Using a fitness device is entirely optional as you can manually enter your miles if you prefer or use the Yes.Fit integrated tracker.

By connecting Health Connect to your Yes.Fit account, we are able to automatically detect distance, steps, calories, and activity types from exercises and daily activities. This allows us to seamlessly apply progress toward your Virtual Races without needing to track activities manually. Connecting with Health Connect is entirely optional. You may choose to use a different fitness tracker or manually log your workouts.

We request access to specific Health Connect data types only for the purpose of enabling core fitness features:

Steps - Used to calculate your progress during walking or running. This helps us credit you in your Virtual Race based on your daily activity.

Distance - Allows us to determine how far you've moved during exercises like running, walking, or biking. This distance is applied directly to your race progress.

Exercise Session - Helps us categorize and validate different activity types (e.g., running, walking, cycling), so we can more accurately track your Virtual Race progress.

Calories Burned - We use this for tracking effort and providing users with insights into their fitness performance during each activity.

We do not collect or share this data for advertising or third-party purposes. You can revoke Health Connect access at any time from your device settings.

If you're lacking motivation to run, Yes. Fit is great. Their races are fun and plentiful, you don't have to buy the rewards if you just want to run them for distance.

Yes. Fit keeps me motivated and pushes me to do longer distances that I would have never attempted on my own. The shirts are so cute and soft, and I love displaying my medals in my house. I also love seeing my friends log miles and finish races within the app, it makes me more competitive

I love the yes. Fit races/challenges. The app is easy to use. Whether you're getting medals from the race section or you're buying things from their store, it's an easy process. I would love it if I could save my cart when I put something in it. I 100% recommend yes.fit. I've bought several of the items from their store: leggings, bike, shorts, hoodies, t-shirts. It's all top quality, great products. The medals are awesome. I also recommend becoming a member and getting the 20% off. It's worth it

Not sure what happened in March, but it stopped tracking data. I didn't make any changes to my fitbit or the setting to pull just daily activity. I manually entered my data from March 18th to April 27th. Now it says I've only completed 110 miles since January 1st. My manual calculations are 110 miles just from March 18th. No idea where my miles are from January until March. Also, they don't ship your medals right after you finish, I completed 2 in March, but they won't ship until May. (android)

I decided to give this another go, but they are NOT impressing me. I am constantly bombarded with messages to buy this or that race, to upgrade to premium, etc. I already selected to not receive messages about this, but it still sends them. Absolutely gross. I will be finishing the races I've already bought, then uninstalling forever. I tried to contact support about the messages not turning off when I select it to, and Alicia just kept talking about popups, which I never mentioned.
