I was told about this app by staff at YMCA Latham after I commented that the website didn't give you the times of classes, I was told to use the app. I downloaded the app selected Latham and the classes came up with times. The classes I wanted were wait listed. I decided to check St Annes YMCA. There was no obvious way of changing locations. The app seemed to only display Latham once a location was select What a waste of my time.

Even though a member it will not let me book classes, wants me to pay, or I lose my booking and then my place on the class. Rubbish at the moment. YMCA staff don't seem to care either.

Since the app was updated recently I am finding it difficult to book onto the very few classes that I enjoy. If you do not sit waiting at 10 pm for the following weeks class and end up on the waiting list, you then have to constantly check your phone for a notification of a space, which 99% of the time has already been taken. Considering going elsewhere 😟
